FAQs : WhoWalk

Q1: Can I earn money through the WhoWalk app?
Yes! You can earn in two ways:

* By offering companion services (walks, meet-ups, etc.)

* Through connection charges when users pay to connect with you
All your earnings are reflected in the wallet section of your profile.

Q2: How do I get paid?
Your earnings from both services and connections are added to your in-app wallet. However, you can only withdraw a fixed percentage (e.g. 20%) of the connection earnings, as set by the company. This helps manage service quality and app operations.

Q3: Are there fees or charges involved?
Yes. The app applies transaction and service fees to cover maintenance, operations, and taxes. These are automatically deducted and visible in your wallet summary.

Q4: How do I contact someone after a successful connection?
Once the connection fee is paid, the app reveals the registered email and WhatsApp number of the other user.

Q5: Is WhoWalk responsible for what happens after we meet?
No. WhoWalk only provides the platform for discovering and connecting with companions. All real-world meetings are voluntary and at your own risk. The app is not responsible for any offline activities, misbehavior, or incidents.

Q6: How can I track the progress of my service?
Your services go through three clear stages:

* Start

* In Process

* Completed

You can track these directly from your service dashboard in the app.

Q7: What happens if someone misuses the platform?
If a user misuses someone’s data, photo, or exploits app features (e.g. fake accounts or loopholes), strict actions will be taken, including:

* Account ban or suspension

* Freezing of wallet balance

* Legal steps if required

Q8: Can I get a refund if something goes wrong?
Refunds are only considered for technical or payment-related issues. There is no refund for personal disputes, unmet expectations, or misunderstanding the platform.

Q9: Is this app for everyone?
No. WhoWalk is intended only for adults above the permitted age. Any underage user will be removed immediately upon detection.

Q10: Does WhoWalk verify the services offered by users (like walking)?

No. WhoWalk does not verify or validate the details of services listed by users. While services are expected to be companionship-based (like walks), users may mutually decide to do something else (e.g. picnic, dating, meetup).

The company is not responsible for the nature or outcome of such services.
