Create your profile → list a service → users can find you → bookings/payments happen directly through the payment gateway.
3. What are “connection charges”?
A small fee paid through the payment gateway to access a service provider’s contact or confirm a booking.
4. How can I earn using ActivePal?
By offering services.
When someone books your service, payment is processed directly through a secure payment gateway.
5. How do I receive payments?
Payments are credited directly to your registered bank/UPI account via the payment partner.
6. Is there any platform fee?
Yes, a platform or convenience fee may apply on each transaction.
7. Are my bank or payment details safe?
Yes. Payment gateways handle all financial data using encrypted and PCI-DSS-certified systems.
8. What if a service doesn’t meet expectations?
ActivePal only connects users.
Refunds are not provided for personal disputes or service dissatisfaction.
9. What personal data is collected?
Basic profile data, location, contact details, device information.
10. How do I report a user?
Tap Report on their profile or email support.
11. Can I delete my account?
Yes, anytime from Settings.
12. What if my payment fails?
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, email support with your transaction ID.
