1. Platform Overview
ActivePal provides a digital marketplace where users can offer or avail fitness and activity-based services such as gym training, yoga, swimming, walking companionship, and other wellness activities.
The app only connects users — all services, payments, and interactions are handled directly between users.
ActivePal acts solely as a platform facilitator.

2. User Responsibilities
Users must behave respectfully, professionally, and lawfully.
All sessions, bookings, and meetings are voluntarily arranged between users.
ActivePal is not responsible for any offline interactions, disagreements, or disputes.
Misuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension.

3. Service and Earnings
Registered users can offer services and book services provided by others.
A connection or booking charge may apply for accessing another user’s contact or service.
Service providers receive payments directly through the authorized third-party payment gateway integrated within the app.

4. Payments 
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
Users pay directly for bookings, and service providers receive payments directly to their linked bank or UPI account as supported by the payment partner.
ActivePal may charge a platform/service fee that is applied during each transaction.
ActivePal does not store or manage card/banking details on its servers.

5. Communication Access
A user’s contact information (WhatsApp or email) becomes visible only after a successful payment or confirmed booking.
ActivePal does not share user data outside the platform except when legally required.

6. User Data & Privacy
ActivePal collects personal data such as name, DOB, gender, location, and contact information to facilitate service matching.
Payment information is handled securely by the payment gateway provider and is not stored by ActivePal.
Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties.

7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction, disputes, or personal issues.
Refunds apply only to confirmed technical errors or payment failures.

8. Misuse, Fraud, Violations
Fake profiles, identity fraud, payment manipulation, or abuse will result in account suspension.
Any fraudulent payment activity will be reported to payment partners and legal authorities.

9. Termination
ActivePal may suspend or delete accounts violating the Terms.
Users may delete accounts anytime.

10. Service Disclaimer
ActivePal does not guarantee the skill, service quality, or results of user-provided services.
Users must exercise personal judgment when engaging with others.

11. Updates
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued app use indicates acceptance.
