These terms govern your use of the WhoWalk app. Please read them carefully.

1. User Responsibilities

* All connections and meetings are decided solely by the users

* The app only provides a platform and is not liable for offline interactions

* Any inappropriate behavior must be reported; we will take action accordingly

2. Companion Services & Earnings

* Users can offer walking companionship as a service

* Users earn connection charges, but only a company-decided percentage (e.g. 20%) of the connection wallet balance can be withdrawn

* Remaining balance is for service fee coverage, taxes, and system charges

3. Communication Access

* Users get access to WhatsApp number and email only after paying the connection charge

* These are the contact details provided at the time of user registration

4. Age Policy

* You must be legally permitted (above age limit) to use this app

* Underage usage will result in account termination

5. Refund Policy

* We do not refund for miscommunication, personal disputes, or unmet expectations

* Refunds will only be considered for technical or billing errors

6. Misuse & Fraud

* Any misuse of user data, fake identity, loophole exploitation, or illegal activity will result in account suspension, legal action, and fund freezing

* Company reserves the right to take necessary measures

7. Termination

* WhoWalk reserves the right to remove any user who violates these terms

8. Service Content Disclaimer

* WhoWalk does not verify or validate the nature, quality, or truthfulness of services listed by users (e.g. walk, talk, meetup).

* The app provides a platform for companionship-based service discovery and connections.

* What users do after connecting—whether they walk, date, picnic, or anything else—is entirely up to them.

* WhoWalk is not responsible for the accuracy of services listed, user expectations, or real-world outcomes.

* Users must use their own judgment before proceeding with any meeting or activity.
