ActivePal does not provide refunds for completed payments or booking charges.
We only connect users; service quality is managed directly between users.

2. User-to-User Responsibility
Users must verify service details before making payments.
No refund is issued for dissatisfaction, disputes, or change of mind.

3. Technical or Payment Issues
Refunds are provided only for:
– Duplicate payment
– Failed transaction
– Payment deducted but booking not confirmed

Users must email support with:
Transaction ID, date/time, screenshot.

Refund timeline: 7–10 business days.

4. No Refunds
All payments are directly processed through the payment gateway.

5. Dispute Resolution
ActivePal is not a mediator between users.
Misuse or fraud can be reported for account review.

6. Updates
This policy may be updated periodically.
